Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are a set of recommendations for making Web content more accesible for people with disabilities as well as limited devices such as mobile phones or screen readers. European law required websites and mobile apps of public sector bodies to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. All of them has to comply to a set of regulations.
