Blues Brackets is a small Polish team combining expertise in mobile apps, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and embedded systems. We work directly with clients, understanding European market requirements, GDPR, data security, and the realities of product launches.

## Process

1. **Free introductory meeting** (a few hours) — 30-minute call with an expert + summary with a preliminary project estimate
2. **Product workshops and documentation preparation** (a few days) — 2-hour online workshop + PDF report + detailed quote and implementation offer
3. **Hardware sample analysis** (1–2 weeks) — documentation of findings and confirmation that the device meets your expectations
4. **Contract signing** — agree on start and end dates, terms of cooperation, and delivery of successive versions
5. **Phased project delivery: workshops, wireframes, development, testing** (minimum 2–3 months) — watch your app take shape by testing the demo version
6. **Deployment to Apple App Store and Google Play** (minimum 2 weeks) — we manage the approval process and publish the app
7. **Project handover or ongoing support** — you receive full source code and access to all assets, or we begin a hosting and support service; full intellectual property rights are always transferred to the client

## FAQ

**Can you start a project without full device documentation?**
Yes. Even incomplete documentation, a sample working app, or the ability to analyse device communication is enough to start. We help reconstruct missing information and reduce risks before the main development begins.

**Do we need to send you a hardware sample?**
If we have complete technical documentation, we can start without a sample. In practice, hardware access significantly improves analysis, testing, and verification. Without documentation or a device sample, project risk increases considerably.

**How long does it take to build a Bluetooth app?**
The entire process takes a minimum of 3 months. The final timeline depends on feature count, device complexity, documentation quality, test scope, and any backend or third-party integrations.

**Do you help with App Store and Google Play submission?**
Yes. App store submission preparation is a standard part of our service.

**Do we receive the source code and full intellectual property rights after the project?**
Yes. We deliver the source code, access to repositories, and all agreed resources. The client has full control and can continue development with us or their own team.

**Can you take over an existing app?**
Yes. We analyse the existing app, source code, documentation, and device communication, then recommend whether to continue developing it, refactor it technically, or plan a new version.

**Do you only build the app, or also backend and admin panel?**
We can deliver just the mobile app, but if the project requires it, we also build the backend, admin panel, user accounts, analytics, system integrations, and operational tools.

**Do you sign NDAs?**
Yes. We can sign an NDA before discussing project details. We use our own template or work with one provided by the client.

**Do you work with manufacturers outside Poland?**
Yes. We work with companies from Poland and abroad and frequently support clients in technical discussions with Chinese suppliers — helping clarify technical matters, verify device capabilities, and reduce risks from incomplete communication.

**What determines the project cost?**
Cost depends primarily on device complexity, app scope, documentation quality, feature count, backend or third-party integrations, UX/UI requirements, test scope, and timeline.

**Do you help with GDPR compliance?**
Yes. We identify data protection issues that need to be addressed in the app and advise on GDPR compliance steps. We do not provide legal services, but we do provide the necessary data processing agreement required for cooperation.

**Do you build MVPs?**
Yes. We build apps using an MVP approach and help define a scope that lets you validate the product on the market as quickly as possible.

**What if I don't have a complete product vision?**
That is fine. You do not need a specification or a full feature list to start. We help structure your assumptions, understand end-user needs, and align the app's direction with your business goals.
